Refund Policy

Inside Brain LLC offers Stanford-Binet Online, an independent online assessment based on the Stanford-Binet scale. An assessment that has been purchased but not started is eligible for a full refund. Once an assessment has been started, it is not refundable, even when it has not been completed. For a Family Pack, refunds apply separately to each unused assessment at the amount paid for that assessment: $59 each for the $177 pack of three. Refunds are processed within 48 hours. To request a refund, contact info@stanford-binet.org. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
