To cancel an assessment purchased but not started, contact info@stanford-binet.org. Started assessments, including unfinished assessments, are not refundable. For a Family Pack, cancellation and refunds apply separately to each unused assessment. Refunds are processed within 48 hours. See the Refund Policy for details.
